February 29th Construction Update

February 1st, 2008

Construction continues apace at Dakota. The parking garage is nearing completion in the western and southern wings of the building, with all concrete finished and electrical and plumbing work almost complete. Framing has begun in these sections as well, with significant structural steel having been erected and wooden framing beginning to accelerate. We expect to have a roof over this part of the building in the next several weeks, and framing has already reached the lobby level in the western wing. It is, of course, exciting to see our magnificent lobby taking shape, and we look forward to sharing this with you. We expect a construction camera to be in place early next week, so that you can watch your next home away from home appear before your very eyes.

One of the most interesting things about building the Canyons’ new standard of luxury is how EVERYBODY wants to see what all the buzz is about!
